Select Parent Log In from the menu bar and FACTS Family Portal from the drop-down menu.
Type in your username and password. If you have forgotten your username or password, please click the link.
After logging in, click on Apply/Enroll in the left menu.
Click on the Enrollment/Reenrollment link.
Q&A’S on 2025-2026 re-enrollment/scholarships:
What payment plan do I choose if I will be paying my tuition balance off in full (after any Edchoice Scholarship and Active Parishioner Scholarships are applied) or if I expect to receive the full Edchoice Scholarship payment and Active Parishioner Scholarship? Select the Pay in Full option. Tuition billing will begin in July.
Complete the Active Parishioner Scholarship Application only ONE TIME per family to apply for the AP Scholarship. The AP Scholarship application does need to be completed annually.
Take advantage of the CEF- Catholic Education Foundation Scholarship. The deadline to apply is February 16. Families up to the 750% FPL are encouraged to apply – funds are available to award! Information on CEF HERE. (scroll down the page)
EDCHOICE RENEWAL TIPS:
Complete and physically sign the Renewal Request (or use a digitally verifiable signature.)
Include the front page of a Duke Energy or Water Bill that displays both the Service Address and your mailing address.
Email edchoice@stmaryhp.org (preferred) or drop off hard copies at the school office.
EXPANSION SCHOLARSHIP RENEWALS: According to the State of Ohio Income Verification Helpful Tips, “Income verification is optional for renewal applications in the EdChoice Expansion Scholarship program. Renewing families do not need to complete a new income verification each year. If their annual household income or household size has changed, they may submit a new income verification application for the next school year.”

Rising 7th-Grade Students: City of Cincinnati Public School residents are subject to Open Enrollment for their public school assignments. Choosing a failing neighborhood school such as Withrow High School provides the eligibility to apply for the Traditional EdChoice Scholarship. Please submit a New Request Form for the Traditional Scholarship.
Did a sibling in your household receive the Traditional Scholarship in the 2024-2025 school year? If yes, the sibling(s) can apply for the Traditional Scholarship. Please submit a New Request Form for the Traditional Scholarship.
